About the role
As a Business Analyst (Guidewire) , you are responsible for translating business needs into high ‑ quality, implementable functional requirements for Guidewire initiatives across one or more value streams or business units. You act as a senior member within Agile teams, ensuring requirements are clear, testable, and aligned to Guidewire product capabilities, while adhering to Zurich standards and functional blueprints.
What you'll do
- Functional Analysis & Solution Definition
- Analyze business requirements across Guidewire platforms: Policy Center, Billing Center, Claim Center
- Translate business needs into: Epics, features, and user stories
- Clear acceptance criteria and functional rules
- Prefer out ‑ of ‑ the ‑ box (OOTB) Guidewire capabilities; highlight and justify configuration or customization needs
