About the role
Seeking a Workforce Software Consultant with 3–7 years of experience to support the implementation, configuration, integration, and optimization of Workforce Software solutions. The consultant will partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate workforce management requirements into scalable system solutions across areas such as time and attendance, scheduling, absence management, and employee data.
What you'll do
- 3-7 years’ experience as a techno functional consultant in Time & Attendance system with Workforce Software
- Working with SQL, Java scripts along with WFM software’s such as WorkForce Software
- Candidates with experience on WorkForce Software products (Time & Attendance, Absence Compliance Tracker, Advanced Scheduler and Workforce Analytics)
- Configuration of policy, Profile baseline, pay codes and pay code mapping, accruals, premiums and transactions policies, basic scheduling and roles
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Word, PowerPoint and Visio
