About the role
The SAP HCM Consultant is responsible for the configuration, implementation, and support of SAP Human Capital Management modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, and Payroll. This role partners with HR and business stakeholders to design and deliver system solutions that support core HR processes, ensuring alignment with organizational structures, compliance requirements, and business objectives.
What you'll do
- Configure and maintain core SAP HCM modules: Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Time Management (PT), and Payroll (PY)
- Design and implement infotypes, enterprise/personnel structures, action types, and organizational hierarchies
- Lead requirements-gathering workshops with HR stakeholders to translate business processes into SAP HCM configuration
- Configure time schemas, work schedules, absence/attendance quotas, and time evaluation rules
- Support payroll configuration, schema/rule modifications (PCRs), wage type setup, and integration with Finance/Controlling (FI/CO)
