What you'll do
- Configure and maintain the SuccessFactors Performance Management and Goal Management modules, including form templates, rating scales, route maps, and workflows
- Design and implement goal plan templates, including cascading goals, goal libraries, and alignment with organizational objectives (OKRs/KPIs)
- Lead requirements-gathering workshops with HR and business stakeholders to translate performance management strategy into system design
- Configure calibration sessions, competency libraries, and 360-degree/multi-rater feedback processes
- Manage form template versioning, route map logic, and role-based permissions (RBP) for performance forms
