What you'll do
- Lead and support end-to-end implementation of SAP Warranty and SAP CS solutions
- Configure and customize Warranty Claim Management , service notifications, service orders, and contracts
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
- Handle service processes including installation, maintenance, repairs, and returns
- Integrate SAP CS with modules like SAP SD, MM, and PM
