What you'll do

- Analyze business requirements and design maintenance management solutions aligned with asset reliability, maintenance efficiency, and operational excellence objectives
- Design and implement preventive, corrective, predictive, and breakdown maintenance processes
- Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops, business process assessments, solution design discussions, and requirement-gathering sessions with business stakeholders
- Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, workflows, and custom developments
