Gather and analyze business requirements related to real estate management, lease administration, property management, and lease accounting processes.
What you'll do
- Design, configure, and implement SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) solutions aligned with business requirements and industry best practices
- Manage index-based rent adjustments, recurring postings, settlement processes, and real estate master data management activities
- Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and provide recommendations for process optimization and compliance improvements
- Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and custom developments
- Support data migration, validation, reconciliation, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities
