- Configure and support SAP SD and Customer Service (CS) functionalities
- Manage end-to-end customer service processes, including service notifications, service orders, repair processing, and service confirmations
- Configure and support warranty management, equipment management, and serial number management
- Work on returns, replacement orders, repairs, and after-sales service processes
- Configure pricing, billing, delivery, and order management relevant to customer service scenarios
