What you'll do
- Support category planning and sourcing initiatives for IOL products, components, and related services
- Conduct spend, supplier, market, and pricing analyses to support strategic decisions
- Assist with supplier selection, RFx events, negotiations, and contract administration
- Monitor supplier performance, quality, delivery, service, and compliance metrics
- Coordinate with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain teams
