About the role
Enterprise technology must do much more than keep the wheels turning; it is the engine that drives functional excellence and the enabler of innovation and long-term growth. Classify procurement transactions, purchase orders, invoices, contracts, and supplier spend using established procurement taxonomies such as UNSPSC and internal category frameworks.
What you'll do
- Maintain taxonomy hierarchies to ensure consistent reporting across business units, geographies, and functions
- Develop and refine classification logic, business rules, and mapping methodologies
- Ensure taxonomy structures align with category management and strategic sourcing objectives
- Support continuous improvement of spend classification accuracy and category coverage
- Perform detailed spend analytics to identify trends, spend concentrations, sourcing opportunities, and compliance gaps
