About the role
We are looking for a professional with 6+ years of experience in Technology strategy and/or business consulting to be part of the NVTI team in India. The NVTI team helps in setting the long-term direction for Deloitte, its businesses, and enabling areas by applying an integrated, strategic approach to complex, high-impact issues and opportunities.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage projects from planning through execution and delivery with minimal supervision
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across India and the US to drive alignment and project outcomes
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify insights, trends, and implications for leadership decision-making
- Develop executive-ready deliverables, including presentations, briefs, and reports with clear structure and recommendations
- Mentor team members and contribute ideas, problem solving, and best practices to strengthen team delivery
