Associate, Procurement and Category Management The Contingent Labor Procurement Associate plays a critical role in delivering strategic initiatives that support Deloitte’s Contingent Labor program. In partnership with internal customers and business unit leaders, this role shapes and executes sourcing strategies that align with business objectives, optimize efficiency, and create long-term value.

What you'll do

• Serving as a procurement advisor to internal stakeholders by supporting sourcing initiatives, contract management activities
• Collaborating with client service teams and internal business units to define procurement requirements, support key deliverables
• Conducting supplier and market analysis to identify sourcing opportunities, evaluate supplier options
• Managing sourcing events, including request for information and request for proposal activities, statement of work processes, and contract negotiations with suppliers
• Supporting supplier relationship management, contract compliance monitoring, issue resolution, and procurement process improvement initiatives
