About the role

Specialist, Procurement and Category Management The Analyst will be responsible for developing and supporting key internal stakeholder and external supplier relationships in a variety of procurement categories, including contracting support in the areas of Talent- contingent Labor program This position is an opportunity to play an active role in the selection and management of highly visible and critical service providers.

What you'll do

• Serving as a procurement advisor to internal stakeholders by supporting sourcing, contracting
• Managing the end-to-end Statement of Work (SOW) lifecycle, including review, routing, approvals, execution, renewals, expirations, scope changes
• Conducting market research, spend analysis, and supplier assessments to identify sourcing opportunities, support category strategies, and improve procurement outcomes
• Coordinating with business stakeholders, internal teams, and suppliers to gather requirements, resolve contracting and invoicing issues
• Preparing reports, tracking procurement activity and contract status, and identifying process improvement opportunities to help standardize workflows and documentation
