About the role
In this role, you will contribute to discovery, solution design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and support activities for Coupa solutions across procurement, sourcing, contracts, supplier management, invoicing, and related modules.
What you'll do
- As a Manager, Coupa on the Enterprise Performance team, you will be responsible for supporting source-to-pay transformation initiatives across client environments
- Lead discovery workshops, document business requirements, map current-state processes, identify process gaps
- Configure and support Coupa modules based on project scope, including Procurement, Sourcing, Contract Lifecycle Management, Supplier Information Management, Invoicing
- Support integration design and execution between Coupa and enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, and Workday Financials, including connectors
- Set up master data, catalogs, approval workflows, buying channels, coding rules, supplier onboarding forms
