About the role
Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) as the name suggests is intriguing and complex. It calls for a business mindset to understand the rationale behind the transactions and ability and willingness to dive deeper into industry issues and bring greater insights for our clients. We are looking for a person who is passionate about M&A and willing to serve challenging client needs and ensuring the client demands are met.
What you'll do
- Analyze complex financial data, including trial balances, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Identify and investigate unusual trends or variances; develop targeted questions for management
- Collect and organize data required for databooks and financial analysis
- Draft and finalize reports based on due diligence, ensuring alignment with engagement scope
- Coordinate detailed communications with clients and closely collaborate with the onshore US team
