Strategy & Transactions - Mergers & Acquisition – I&D Fin - Senior Consultant From strategy to execution, this team helps deliver integrated support covering valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, M&A, and sustainability.
What you'll do
- We guide M&A initiatives for companies to help expand and accelerate revenue and cost synergies, reduce transaction risk, and retain key talent
- Develop client deliverables and documentations
- Identify and select the most relevant set of tools/techniques to meet client requirements such as business case development, financial modeling, and analysis, etc
- Analyze and interpret project data, draw conclusions, and develop recommendations based on the result of the specific outputs
- Use analytics to build strategic insights for the client
