About the role
We are seeking a manager to join our M&A Technology Due Diligence practice. The successful candidate will lead technology due diligence engagements for private equity and strategic clients across buy-side and sell-side transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, integrations, carve-outs, and other transaction situations.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end TECH Due Diligence engagements for private equity and strategic clients, including both buy-side and sell-side TECH VDD
- IT applications and enterprise architecture
- IT operating model, organization, and resourcing
- IT strategy, roadmap, and governance
- Evaluate technology risks, scalability, resilience, technical debt, operational maturity, and future investment requirements
