About the role

Firm Enterprise Solutions Associate Director, Talent Development Growth and Development team is seeking a Firm Enterprise Solutions Associate Director, Talent Development to lead the Technology and Leadership Internal Faculty Team. This leader will direct the faculty talent lifecycle, establish development pathways and performance standards, and help internal facilitators deliver technology and leadership learning experiences.

• Lead the full talent lifecycle for Technology and Leadership internal facilitators, including recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, development, retention, promotion
• Define the Internal Faculty Team’s vision, mission, and success measures; create Senior Facilitator and Facilitator development paths
• Partner with United States and United States India business, learning, and talent leaders to identify and select programs for internal-faculty delivery
• Report key performance metrics to the Technology and Leadership G&D Leader, including cost avoidance, learner feedback, learner throughput, utilization
