About the role
The Instructional Designer – Service Delivery and Transformation (SDT) will help design, develop, and maintain learning content that assists in building technical capability for Tax professionals across the US and USI.
What you'll do
- Content Design & Development
- Help design and develop end-to-end learning insights for Tax professionals, including eLearning modules, instructor-led course materials, job aids, facilitator guides
- Apply adult learning principles and established instructional design standards to produce effective, engaging, and accurate learning experiences
- Storyboard and outline course content before drafting, then draft, revise, and iterate based on feedback from peers, subject matter specialists, and stakeholders
- Assist in building and maintaining learning content in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise) and learning management systems as required
