About the role
We are seeking an experienced Lead Product Analyst with 7+ years specialized experience in Identity Governance and Access Management (IGA/IAM) to support strategic security initiatives across Deloitte's GlobalAdvantage ecosystem.
What you'll do
- Serve as a lead functional analyst and subject matter expert for Identity Governance and Access Management (IGA/IAM) initiatives, partnering with Product Owners
- Independently drive discovery sessions, stakeholder workshops, requirements gathering, analysis
- Lead the design and governance of identity life cycle processes, including Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) workflows, user provisioning and deprovisioning, access requests
- Define, analyze, and maintain authorization models, roles, entitlements, and access control frameworks, with experience supporting RBAC, PBAC, ABAC
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to establish and improve identity governance controls, ensuring appropriate ownership, approval workflows
