What you'll do
- As a CLM AMS Portfolio lead/Manager within the Application Managed Services (AMS) Team, you will manage multiple AMS projects within the CLM practice
- Oversee and mentor cross-functional teams, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and foster strategic client relationships to deliver exceptional service
- Your responsibilities include managing escalations, overseeing client communications, ensuring adherence to SLAs
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key client stakeholders, building trusted advisor relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
