Tax Manager, Legal Entity Management (LEM) Legal Business Services Multinational organizations need professionals who can support legal business services across the full lifecycle of process, compliance, and regulatory matters. What you'll do
- As a Senior - Legal Entity Management on the Legal Business Services team
- Support the formation, maintenance, dissolution, and ongoing compliance of legal entities, including annual meetings, appointment of directors and officers
- Review governance structures, corporate changes, legal entity simplification activities, and event-driven changes across the lifecycle of legal entities
- Maintain legal entity data and compliance workflows using platforms such as HighQ, Diligent Entities, and Athennian, including entity profiles, ownership structures
- Support Board of Directors’ and stockholders’ meeting planning and documentation, including corporate records, minute books, board resolutions
