Multistate Tax services- Senior, Tax Services - Passthrough In this role, you will work with engagement teams and compliance center resources to help deliver timely, accurate tax compliance services for clients. The role offers exposure to large-scale delivery models, multijurisdictional compliance work, and collaboration across Deloitte’s US and USI teams.
What you'll do
- As a tax compliance specialist in our Multistate Investment Management practice, you will collaborate daily as part of high-performing teams
- Daily tasks may include preparing tax returns across a broad range of clients and jurisdictions, researching tax regulations
- Performing a detailed technical review of partnership and corporate state tax returns and work papers with attention to multistate tax issues such as apportionment
- Performing detailed review of estimated payment and withholding calculations and related filings
- Researching state tax legislation and assisting with impact on compliance
