Oracle Cloud Supply Chain - Senior Consultant, Functional Transformation

About the role

As a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members.

What you'll do

• Partner with clients to assess and optimize complex supply chain business processes, translating requirements into robust Oracle Cloud Supply Chain solutions
• Provide strategic leadership in the configuration and implementation of Oracle Cloud Supply Chain modules, overseeing fit-gap analysis, solution design, documentation
• Take end-to-end ownership of issue resolution and risk management, collaborating with global teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions
• Mentor and guide junior team members, drive continuous process improvements, and contribute to the development of best practices and organizational knowledge
• Actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide support for delivery teams and staff in local offices
