About the role

What you'll do
- Leading the technical design, setup, and integration of Ping Identity solutions across cloud and on-premises client environments
- Installing, upgrading, and configuring PingFederate, PingAccess, PingDirectory, and PingOne products in clustered environments
- Gathering business and technical requirements from client stakeholders and translating them into scalable identity and access management solution designs
- Planning and executing integration, performance, and user acceptance testing, and troubleshooting advanced integration issues with internal and vendor support teams
- Creating technical, architectural, administrator, and end-user documentation to support deployment, maintenance, and adoption
