Senior, Tax Services – Tax Transformation Consulting (TTC) - SAP MM/FICO/SD integration with Direct or Indirect Tax experience Deloitte’s Tax Transformation Consulting practice is seeking a seasoned professional to help clients modernize and improve their tax operations.
What you'll do
- As a Senior, Tax Services professional on the Tax Transformation Consulting team, you will be responsible for
- Handling complex problem solving, service level agreement (SLA) monitoring, and enhancements; managing critical incidents, writing functional specifications
- Resolving high-priority L2/L3 tickets and performing deep root-cause analysis for recurring system issues
- Leading user acceptance testing, compiling comprehensive test scenarios, and identifying improvements to existing systems and processes
- Supporting the delivery of tax technology and tax transformation projects for clients across industries
