Services Associate, Business Development and Account Enablement Deloitte leads with purpose, solving complex issues for our clients and communities. What you'll do
- Maintaining content quality, completeness, and consistency, including XML-based publishing activities and localized content updates
- Following established content publishing workflows and supporting testing activities for new content solutions with leadership, content, technology
- Updating project trackers, responding to stakeholder inquiries, and supporting project planning, knowledge transfer, and training documentation
- Identifying process enhancement opportunities and supporting training sessions for new hires and analysts, as needed
