What you'll do
- As an AI Assisted Knowledge Management Specialist, you will support knowledge management, self-service operations, AI-enabled content readiness
- Manage and maintain knowledge repositories, self-service resources, and collaboration platforms to ensure content is accurate, organized, and easily accessible
- Create, update, publish, and archive knowledge assets, guidance materials, training resources, and other reference content
- Conduct periodic content reviews to identify outdated information, broken links, content gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Apply metadata, content categorization, and governance standards to improve content quality, consistency, and discoverability
