About the role
As a Services Specialist, Firm Risk, Compliance, and Governance Services on the Third Party Risk Management team, you will be responsible for: You will be part of a dynamic, cross-business Risk Management team dedicated to driving impactful value and change throughout the organization.
What you'll do
- Executing system queries, identifying anomalies, and supporting issue resolution against defined operational objectives
- Providing technical support for TPRM Gateway, including user access, user interface, reporting, monitoring, bulk import jobs, and process support
- Troubleshooting platform issues, documenting changes and defects, and coordinating fixes and vendor support cases as needed
