What you'll do
- Support daily software asset management operations, including administrative and analytical activities across the software lifecycle
- Process software installation and removal requests accurately and within established timelines
- Maintain software inventory and catalog records, including versioning data within software asset management tools
- Partner with end users to confirm software currency, maintenance alignment, and business usage requirements
- Prepare reporting and analysis to support inventory management, cost optimization, and software investment decisions
