About the role
As a Senior Attorney, Legal USI, you will advise on labor and employment matters, commercial contracts, investigations, regulatory compliance, and corporate legal issues. You will work with business and legal stakeholders to identify risk, interpret legal requirements, and provide practical guidance aligned to business priorities.
What you'll do
- Provide legal analysis and advice in connection with commercial transactions, company laws, contracts, labor and employment laws, talent (HR) investigations
- Research, review, and analyse legal issues; draft agreements, legal memos, summaries, and statutory filings
- Support company transactions and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Provide legal analyses to local and overseas stakeholders on Indian labour and employment matters, including Talent (HR) investigations, employment relations, ICC
- Support on contract labour governance, drafting legal contracts and negotiating the terms with external vendors
