What you'll do

• Lead design development for integrated, cross-channel campaigns across print, digital, web, email, social, video, and event-related assets
• Translate stakeholder objectives and campaign strategy into distinctive visual concepts and execution approaches
• Work closely with creative leadership to shape campaign direction and maintain a high standard of craft across deliverables
• Manage the creative process across assigned projects, ensuring work is strategically aligned, visually strong, and delivered on time
• Review, refine, and optimize design output from team members to ensure quality, consistency, and brand alignment
