About the role
The Enterprise Operations Xcellence Transformation and Optimization (ETO) Manager leads the execution of assigned projects that may span diverse process areas, deliver initiatives and outcomes, and manage stakeholders. The role supports senior leaders in redesigning and reimagining workflows within the assigned process area, including the evaluation of relevant technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools where appropriate.

- Lead execution of transformation initiatives across assigned projects, from design through rapid prototyping, implementation, and stabilization
- Support in reimagining and redesigning workflows within the assigned process area - including the evaluation and operationalization of automation and AI-enabled tools
- Partner with technical teams to translate use cases into workable solutions, assessing fit, feasibility, and impact before implementation
- Own day-to-day project management for assigned initiatives, including planning, task assignment, and coordination of cross-functional contributors
