About the role
Does it excite you to be able to run an end-to-end sales cycle leading and coaching a pursuit team to success? If so, you may be a good fit for our Pursuit Management team. The pursuit manager works closely with senior partners and other pursuit/sales professionals in support of priority competitive opportunities with US-based clients.
What you'll do
- Oversee end-to-end RFP and pursuit processes, including planning, win-theme strategy development, proposal crafting, and oral presentation coaching
- Advise and collaborate with client service professionals, providing strategic communication insights and leadership
- Leverage proprietary GenAI tools to bring efficiency to the pursuit process, share meaningful insights with client service teams, and guide the strategy
- Develop and implement effective pursuit and messaging strategies, lead meetings, and present in various forums
- Negotiate and mediate to resolve conflicts and reach consensus quickly
