About the role
Legal Entity Management, Legal Business Services - Tax Consultant II, Multinational organizations need professionals who can support legal business services across routine operations and event-driven requirements. As part of Deloitte’s Legal Business Services practice, this role supports clients through corporate governance, compliance, and legal entity management activities across the entity lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Prepare forms and support the formation, maintenance, and dissolution of legal entities, including annual meetings, appointment of directors and officers
- Review governance structures, corporate changes, legal entity simplification activities, and event-driven changes across the legal entity lifecycle
- Manage legal entity data workflows, including entity profiles, ownership structures, and compliance calendars, using platforms such as HighQ, Diligent Entities
- Support board of directors’ and stockholders’ meetings, corporate record maintenance, minute books, board resolutions, and public notary coordination
- Assist with engagement administration, including document collection, data entry, status tracking, document review, client coordination
