What you'll do
- Identify process and operational efficiencies within corporate business legal services clients’ contracting function
- Report against KPIs and metrics
- Assist in executing engagement administration, including document collection, data entry, tracking, records organization, contract review
- Review and project manage the entire contracting process, including coordinating with finance, legal, commercial, business, and delivery stakeholders
