About the role

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – G&D at Tax Global to lead learning program management and stakeholder coordination across multiple initiatives. The role also requires strong facilitation experience and the ability to create high-quality, non-technical learning content under tight timelines.

What you'll do

• Facilitation and Learning Delivery
• Facilitate engaging instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid learning sessions with confidence, clarity, and strong audience control
• Lead workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, onboarding programs, and capability-building initiatives
• Adapt facilitation style and learning approach based on audience needs and participant feedback
• Manage session flow, activities, discussions, Q&A, and time effectively
