What you'll do
- Oversee and manage the preparation and review of simple to medium complex group entities/standalone tax returns for corporations and partnerships
- Collaborate with team and onshore to gather information necessary for tax returns
- Train new recruits, supervise and provide guidance
- Establish/ensure the optimal team structure, processes and procedures to achieve objectives in delivery of projects
- Manage people including recruitment, training, workload, coaching and development
