About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated Finance & AI Specialist with 10+ years of experience who brings together deep business finance expertise and hands-on artificial intelligence capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of financial strategy and emerging technology, enabling the organization to unlock new value through intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and AI-driven decision support.
What you'll do
- Analyze finance and business requirements and translate them into AI-enabled solution designs, functional specifications, and wireframes
- Design, develop, and deploy artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions for finance use cases including anomaly detection, cash flow prediction
- Build generative artificial intelligence solutions, prompt libraries, natural language processing tools, retrieval-augmented generation pipelines
- Design and build data pipelines and application programming interface integrations across cloud and data platforms including Amazon Web Services, Databricks
- Establish model governance, explainability, and guardrails; document technical designs and data flows; troubleshoot performance issues
