About the role
As a Manager at Deloitte Consulting, you will manage Oracle Cloud FP&A implementations, working with global teams to translate requirements into deliverables. You will guide junior staff and manage all project phases to deliver solutions on time and with quality.
What you'll do
- Leading Oracle Planning implementation engagements across estimation, requirements gathering, planning, execution, testing, hypercare, and ongoing support
- Managing delivery of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management solutions, including EPBCS, PCMCS, and EPCMCS components such as integrations, calculation scripts
- Overseeing project governance activities, including risk management, issue resolution, escalation management, and delivery tracking for client engagements
- Driving application quality through system testing, user acceptance testing, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
- Collaborating with client stakeholders, onsite and offshore teams, and internal leaders while mentoring junior practitioners and supporting sales proposal efforts
