What you'll do
- Engage the complete Sales recruitment cycle—from sourcing client/vendor requirements to successful consultant placements
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, prime vendors, and partners to generate consistent business opportunities
- Utilize major job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.) and professional networks for sourcing and marketing
- Negotiate rates, coordinate interviews, and ensure seamless on boarding processes
- Maintain and update the vendor/client database while tracking daily recruitment activities and performance metrics
