Well-versed in various recruiting techniques, including Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools.
What you'll do
- Understand non-technical requirements (Non-IT Business Professional/Engineering) and submit consultant profiles within specified timelines
- Work effectively as a team player, focusing on screening, maintaining, and expanding the candidate database
- Keep a robust database of candidates ready for frequently occurring job openings
- Meet or exceed company-set goals for submissions, interviews, and placements
