About the role
You will oversee program delivery across multiple workstreams, manage a team of project managers, drive stakeholder alignment, and ensure successful program outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role combining strategic oversight with active program execution.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital transformation programs
- Oversee portfolio of transformation programs, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery
- Lead large-scale ERP implementations (especially Dynamics 365) across multiple markets
- Implement program tracking dashboards and risk management frameworks
- Manage vendor/SI partnerships, program planning and post-go-live stabilization
