Product Growth Analyst

About the role

Script and produce instructional video tutorials and walkthroughs for product releases and user education. Author clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Prioritize feature backlogs based on operational feasibility and business value.

What you'll do

• Responsible for conducting competitor benchmarking and gathering user feedback to define feature requirements, coordinating milestones with technical teams
• Monitor user onboarding and evaluate product adoption metrics across key stakeholder groups
• Support commercial and business development teams with proposal collateral, customized demonstrations, and technical scope alignment
• Serve as the operational liaison between business units and engineering teams to align on technical constraints, scope, and release schedules
