Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
What you'll do
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
- Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities, check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems
- Prepare quotation and generate sale order to the system
- Prepare sales forecast in Tm1 in coordination with GM Sales & Marketing
- Maintain and update the customer information or files
