About the role
The role helps maintain reliable platform services through disciplined deployment, monitoring, security, incident support and lifecycle management. You will work primarily with Apigee X and associated cloud and platform tooling, collaborating with network, cloud, security and application teams to provide stable and scalable services.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain reusable CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, configuration and operational automation in line with agreed platform standards
- Support deployments, platform configuration changes and lifecycle activities, including patching and upgrades of team-managed components
- Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, alerts, dashboards and operational checks
- Troubleshoot platform, infrastructure and connectivity issues with network, cloud and security teams
- Participate in incident response, problem management and root-cause analysis
