About the role

As a Manager under Business Support service line, you will oversee end-to-end Customer projects for Americas Region. Your role will focus on delivering well-architected solutions that enhance both customer and business experiences. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, driving project execution, ensuring quality deliverables, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships within a matrix organization.

What you'll do

• Creating standardized project charters and governance structures
• Establishing project management workflows, stage gates, approval processes, and reporting requirements
• Managing project intake and prioritization
• Help Team drive project planning, execution, and delivery within agreed scope, timeline, and quality
• Tracking project milestones, dependencies, risks, and benefits realization
