About the role
The Operations Executive / Senior Operations Executive – eCommerce Operations is responsible for managing the day-to-day operational execution of the eCommerce product within the assigned Surface Hub, ensuring seamless movement of shipments across the surface network. The role oversees inbound, outbound and transit operations for the eCommerce product, ensuring shipment visibility, network connectivity, service quality and adherence to committed timelines.
What you'll do
- Timely processing and dispatch of eCommerce shipments; Network cut-off adherence; Shipment connectivity
- Scan compliance; Shipment processing accuracy; Reduction in misroutes, misconnections and operational errors
- SLAH reduction; Shipment ageing; Hub productivity; Turnaround time (TAT) adherence
- Linehaul schedule adherence; Vehicle dispatch readiness; Timely communication of operational exceptions
- Timely closure of product exceptions; Service recovery within TAT; Product SLA adherence
