About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Application Support Specialist (Blue Yonder WMS) to drive production stability, operational reliability, problem management, and continuous service improvement for mission-critical warehouse management applications supporting global logistics operations.
What you'll do
- Provide end-to-end L2/L3 support for Blue Yonder WMS and integrated warehouse applications
- Troubleshoot incidents across application, database, middleware, integration, and infrastructure layers
- Analyze transaction failures, workflow disruptions, interface issues, batch job failures, and performance bottlenecks
- Support Blue Yonder WMS technical components including MOCA, Integrator interfaces, Task Manager jobs, RF transactions, web services, and label-printing integrations
- Lead root cause analysis activities and drive permanent corrective actions to eliminate recurring incidents
