About the role
The Operations Executive / Senior Operations Executive – eCommerce Operations is responsible for managing the day-to-day operational execution of the eCommerce product within the assigned Surface Hub, ensuring seamless movement of shipments across the surface network. The role oversees inbound, outbound and transit operations for the eCommerce product, ensuring shipment visibility, network connectivity, service quality and adherence to committed timelines.
What you'll do
- Manage day-to-day operational activities for the eCommerce product within the assigned Surface Hub
- Ensure timely receipt, segregation, processing, consolidation and dispatch of eCommerce shipments
- Monitor shipment flow across inbound, outbound and transit operations to achieve network timelines
- Ensure adherence to operational workflows, product handling standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Support achievement of product-specific service quality and operational performance targets
